1 lb (small) or 2 lbs (regular) Organic Gluten-free Chicken Parm Kit- Gluten-free breaded thinly sliced chicken breasts browned in ghee. Comes with 1 or 1/2 quart organic tomato sauce, parmesan and low moisture mozzarella on the side for assembling fresh at home.
Organic Caesar Salad Kit- Gluten-free croutons, homemade Caesar dressing with olive oil and macadamia oil. Shaved Parmesan cheese, romaine hearts cut and cleaned.
1 1/2 Romaine hearts (small), 3 romaine hearts (large)
I will use a plastic bag for lettuce for practicality purposes and to avoid excessive glass container usage.
Roasted Organic Acorn squash- roasted with pastured butter, maple syrup, honey, finished with olive oil and Maldon salt.
